These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 12cuci ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 12cuci website located at 12cuci.cam and all associated services, games, and promotional features offered thereon.

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned (less any winnings), and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including through the use of different email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fabricated documents during KYC verification is prohibited and may constitute criminal fraud under applicable Malaysian law.
To access real-money services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a username, and a secure password, along with any other details requested. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is current and accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 12cuci will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 12cuci support immediately and change your password without delay.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKAD, passport, or other government-issued identification. Proof of payment method may also be requested. 12cuci reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All Accounts on 12cuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.
12cuci accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may trigger AML review procedures. Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment network.
Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be KYC-verified; (b) all active wagering requirements associated with any claimed bonus must be fully completed; (c) the withdrawal must not exceed your Account's applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit; and (d) your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance review.
For anti-fraud and AML compliance purposes, withdrawals must generally be processed via the same method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. 12cuci reserves the right to request additional verification where a payment method mismatch is detected.
Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20), and LTC. The MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. 12cuci is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto transaction is initiated and when it is confirmed. Cryptocurrency deposits qualify for the 2% crypto bonus, up to RM 688, subject to x15 wagering requirements.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on 12cuci are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between those promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of between x10 and x20 before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is set out in the promotion detail page.
While a bonus balance is active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet is RM 50 per round or wager, unless a lower limit is specified for the relevant promotion. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the immediate forfeiture of your bonus balance and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and video poker typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Refer to individual promotion terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
Bonuses carry a validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified in the promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings derived from it are automatically forfeited.
12cuci actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; employing betting strategies that constitute hedging or arbitrage; and placing bets across opposing outcomes with the intention of exploiting bonus terms. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, and may result in account closure.
Note: 12cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be treated fairly where modifications affect a promotion mid-cycle.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by 12cuci. We reserve the right to refuse or void any bet at our absolute discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe the bet is linked to fraudulent activity, involves match-fixing, or arises from a technical error in displayed odds.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. Specific limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface. 12cuci reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: cancellation of the relevant event; abandonment of a sporting fixture before the minimum required time has elapsed; pricing or technical errors; or where 12cuci has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with prohibited conduct. Void bets result in the return of the original stake.
Mix Parlay (combination/accumulator) bets are available for eligible sports markets. All selections within a parlay must result in a win for the parlay to pay out. One void selection within a parlay will reduce the parlay by one leg, with the remaining selections continuing. 12cuci's parlay rules published within the sports betting section of the Platform govern all parlay-specific disputes.
In-play betting on live events, including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and UFC events, is available subject to connection stability. 12cuci is not liable for bets lost or delayed due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side during live betting.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12cuci Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content on the 12cuci Platform — including but not limited to the 12cuci name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 12cuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 12cuci.
12cuci collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
We collect data that is necessary to operate the Platform, comply with AML and KYC obligations, detect fraud, and deliver promotional content. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with AES-256 encryption on secure servers.
You may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Certain data must be retained for regulatory compliance purposes notwithstanding such a request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
12cuci's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representation that the Platform will be available at any particular time or from any particular jurisdiction.
Gambling Risk Warning: Online gambling involves real financial risk. You may lose all funds deposited. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. 12cuci is not liable for gambling-related financial losses.
12cuci reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; AML concerns; KYC documentation deficiencies; or an unresolved dispute. During a suspension, access to your Account balance may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.
Where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed — including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 — 12cuci may terminate your Account permanently, void outstanding bets, and forfeit your Account balance without liability. Where fraud or financial crime is established, 12cuci will report the matter to relevant Malaysian and international authorities.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance at the time of closure request (subject to completion of KYC and absence of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Self-exclusion closures are addressed under Section 13.

12cuci endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes relating to bet settlement, bonus application, or account status should be submitted to our support team with full supporting detail within 30 days of the relevant event. 12cuci's decision on disputes shall be final subject to any right of appeal through formal channels.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
12cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. We may also notify registered players via email at the address associated with their Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
